Roy Bird will be presenting a program on the Marion Flood of 1951. Bird is a Topeka resident and author of 17 books on Kansas history and Western Americana.
This program is in conjunction with the partner site Smithsonian Water Ways exhibit at the library.
The program will be Tuesday, March 20th at 7 p.m. in the Kansas Room of the library. Everyone is welcome to attend.
